Stack Homes' Ridgeline II is a two bedroom, two bathroom home or accessory dwelling unit (ADU) built using volumetric steel construction technology at their factory in West Jordan. A 3-D printer precision cut steel studs, with accuracy to 1/4th of a centimeter, to create the structural envelope of the building in less than a day. Continuous spray foam insulation was used for maximum energy efficiency. The dwelling features an open floor plan with 24 foot glass slider system for natural light throughout, quartz countertops with waterfall island, and oversized rain showers. The aim is an effective and elegant living space with quality in every detail.
Stack Homes modular dwellings can be constructed in less than half the time of on-site construction, cost-effectively, in factory-controlled settings for year round production, and with 90% less waste.
